  • Are You Ready?

     Get It Right!

Heaven is a prepared place for prepared people.  Are you ready?  How are you living?  It’s not too late to say I’m sorry or make a difference.  In life we go through changes as a part of our journey.  Know that everything happens for a reason.  Take one day at a time and inhale.  God do forgive.  We have to forgive ourselves and others.

Know this: God has even  forgotten some of your sin. Job 11:6 (NIV)

  • “New Beginnings”

This is a new year 2013!  This year is the time for everyone to get it right.  We all have a fresh start in life.  Life is so precious.  Will you make the right decision this time?  Will you do what God is telling you to do?  It is never too late!

Many people didn’t make it to see another year.  Many people were hurting and in great pain 2012.  God wants you to know that joy comes in the morning.  If you would make the first step and reach out to him, he will make a difference in your life.  He will give the increase.  All you have to do is trust and believe in him.  Love yourself and your family.  Don’t take anything for granted.

  • Grateful

Grateful:  1. warmly or deeply appreciative of kindness or benefits received; thankful: I am grateful to you for your help. 2. expressing or actuated by gratitude: a grateful letter. 3. pleasing to the mind or senses; agreeable or welcome; refreshing: a grateful breeze.

Gratefulness is something we all should be reminded of in this day and time.  Are you grateful today for what you have in your life?  For what you have accomplished so far in your life?  Are you grateful for your family, job, home, peace, finances and health?  God has us right where he wants us at this point and time.  Do not feel like you haven’t done anything just because you are not where you think you should be.  Our time is not Gods time.  He is in control of every aspect of our lives.

Be grateful for all of the things God has done thus far.  Know that more things are coming in due time.  God gives us things when we are prepared and ready.  Be at peace and have joy in your heart knowing I am doing good!  Keep pushing and praying!  Don’t give up!  Your blessing is closer than you think.

Love your family where they are at this point and time.  Give them encouraging words.  Let them know you love them and thank them for every little thing and big thing they have done.  It is so important to show and teach love to family.  That is all you have when no one else is around.  Family should always be there to support.  Remember God rewards excellence.

Have a Blessed and safe holiday! Lord Supersize my Blessing!

Isaiah 46:11 What I have said, that will I bring about;what I have planned, that will I do.

  • Trust

Trust: 1. reliance on the integrity, strength, ability, surety, etc., of a person or thing; confidence. 2. confident expectation of something; hope. 3. confidence in the certainty of future payment for property or goods received; credit: to sell merchandise on trust. 4. a person on whom or thing on which one relies: God is my trust. 5. the condition of one to whom something has been entrusted.

Proverbs 3:5 Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding;  Trusting God can be challenging at times in our life.  Because of the things that we go through we sometimes feel that God is not helping us or getting us out of the storms that we go through daily.  We tend to blame ourselves or others for the issues at hand in our life.  We sometimes take it out on those we love the most like family and friends.  We sometimes say, “Why Me Lord”.

Have you asked yourself this question? Why not you?  Sometime God is allowing us to go through to strengthen us where we are weak.  You have to go through something to get something.  Your blessing is right around the corner.  Don’t give up at the finish line.  Don’t give up on God.  He is always there.  Psalm 37:25 states I was young and now I am old, yet I have never seen the righteous forsaken or their children begging bread.  God will always be there to help us and get us out as long as we have the faith and believe.  If God will bless you and you don’t know him, just think what he will do it you do know him.

Hebrews 13:8 Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever. He will get you through those hard time.  Keep believing, keep trusting and keep praying.

1Peter 5:7 Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.

  • Hope

Hope: 1. the feeling that what is wanted can be had or that events will turn out for the best: to give up hope. 2. a particular instance of this feeling: the hope of winning. 3. grounds for this feeling in a particular instance: There is little or no hope of his recovery. 4. a person or thing in which expectations are centered: The medicine was her last hope. 5. something that is hoped for: Her forgiveness is my constant hope.

Hope in many ways keep us pushing forward.  Without hope there is no dream!  I think well all need a little hope in our lives.  Just a little hope can keep someones mind from snapping, someones blood pressure from topping, someones job from ending, someones stress leveled, someones child, wife, husband, parents or family member safe.  Someones life from ending and someones career beginning.

Hope in many ways is like faith.  You need them both to survive.  Hard-times can make you think all hope is gone.  But think of hardtimes as a step closer to your Blessing.  When your mind in focused on hope there is no room for doubt. Remember the mind is powerful.  The enemy will try to take the mind out first, then he knows the body is next.  We have to fight harder and say to ourselves I HAVE HOPE!  I WILL MAKE IT!  Keep speaking these things until something happens.  Faith and Hope will prevail.

Psalm 31:24  Be strong and take heart, all you who hope in the Lord.

  • Faith

Faith: 1. confidence or trust in a person or thing: faith in another’s ability. 2. belief that is not based on proof: He had faith that the hypothesis would be substantiated by fact. 3. belief in God or in the doctrines or teachings of religion: the firm faith of the Pilgrims. 4. belief in anything, as a code of ethics, standards of merit, etc.: to be of the same faith with someone concerning honesty. 5. a system of religious belief: the Christian faith; the Jewish faith.

Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see. Hebrews 11:1.  We can always have faith when things are going well in our lives.  We can always thank God when we see something happen that we have be waiting for in our lives.  Can we have faith when things go wrong or not the way we planned?  God has a way of testing our faith just to see if we truly are walking and living by faith.  I believe being tested is a way of strengthening us to do better and believe in ourselves.  Tests are made to rebuild our temples better while we strive to be like God.  Not to tear eachother down or point the finger.  Remember you can be up today and down tomorrow!  Have faith in God, yourself and your fellow man.

We all need a push every once and awhile.  But don’t give up.  God brought us too far to leave us now.  One quote I like that Pastor Shirley Cesar said on a talk show was “God loves you too much to leave you in this situation”.  That stuck with me and helped me as well.  We have to speak great things through faith in our lives.  Speak prophetically as Pastor J said.  In doing so you will see great thing happen to you, your family and people around you.  God wants all of us to do great things.  God has us all here for a purpose!  There is room for everyone to reap a great harvet.  We have to have faith no matter how things look or feel.  Healing starts in the mind! Sow good seeds and watch God move in your life.

Faith, Faith, Faith.  If you believe it and God said it, It shall come to pass!!!!!  Not on your time but his time!

Ephesians 2:8 For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith-and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God.

  • Prayer

Prayer: 1. a devout petition to God or an object of worship. 2. a spiritual communion with God or an object of worship, as in supplication, thanksgiving, adoration, or confession. 3. the act or practice of praying to God or an object of worship. 4. a formula or sequence of words used in or appointed for praying: the Lord’s Prayer. 5. prayers, a religious observance, either public or private, consisting wholly or mainly of prayer.

Prayer is a beautiful thing.  It can get you out of some really tough situations.  Prayer often is used in vain.  Some of us only pray when needed.  Some of us only #pray when it is necessary.  Prayer is so important in our lives that we need it everyday.  Don’t take #prayer lightly.  It is true that “Prayer changes things.”  It is true that “For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.”  It is true that “I have been young, and now am old; yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread.

We have to have faith only the size of a mustard seed.  Now that is not asking for too much.  Our faith is much bigger!  Pray in season and out of season.  In other words when things are going good and bad.  Don’t get so relaxed in our own skin that we forget how we arrived and don’t know where we are going.  No man knows his or her destiny or predetermined events that will happen in their lives.  We can choose our paths but God is in control of our life.  We should pray for his guidance daily so we can be protected from things that can harm us or our family.

We never know when God is protecting us from something tragic.  Listen when he is speaking to you! Don’t ask why?  If you normally drive down a certain street and today something just caused you to turn off, do it.  It could save your life. Praying daily in the spirit developes a close relationship with God that you need.  Try talking to him daily and see if your life will change.  Remember to Live Love & Pray daily.

Matthew 7:7,8  “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.  For everyone who asks receives; he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, the door will be opened.”

  • Say Thank You!

    Thank you
    1. expresses gratitude: used to express gratitude to somebody.  I thank you: the usual expression of appreciation in use today · thanks · An expression of gratitude: said their thank-yous and departed.

How many times do we say Thank you?  Do we say thank you enough?  This is a phrase that is overlooked all the time.  Sometimes pride get in the way of us just saying two powerful yet small words that could change someones life.  I love to give thanks where it is needed.  Say thank you!  If there is no response back that’s ok as long as they heard you say it.  Your reward will come in great measures.  Treat people how you want to be treated in return.  You never know who is watching you.  Be careful to set a good example for children and adults.

To me saying thank you is a sign of growth and intelligence.  Thank you can bring peace to a situation and set the pace.  Remember to love yourself first.  To do so, you have to show respect for yourself and others.  “Oh, give thanks unto the Lord. ” Give thanks to the little things.  When you are eating out and the waiter brings you a glass of water, say thank you.  Don’t wait for the entree.  I try to give thanks to everything in my life.  I found that it can put a smile on someones face.  Try it and see what happens.  Give thanks to your God,children, husband, wife, mother, father, brother, sister, family, friends, job, home, pets and just for living.  It will make a difference!  Mean what you say.  Say what you mean.

Matthew 5:5 Blessed are the meek, for they will inherit    the  earth.

meek (m k) adj. meek·er, meek·est. 1. Showing patience and humility; gentle. 2. Easily imposed on; submissive.

  • LOVE

Love:1.feel tender affection for somebody: to feel tender affection for somebody such as a close relative or friend, or for something such as a place, an ideal, or an animal. 2.feel desire for somebody: to feel romantic and sexual desire and longing for somebody. 3.like something very much: to like something, or like doing, something very much.

#Love is a very strong word.  It can be used in many ways and have very different meanings.  Love is something that we all have in common.  We all love something or someone in life.  It can make us feel sad or good knowing that someone loves us.  Do we love ourselves?  Do we live everyday to please people? Do we live out other peoples dreams and not our own?  Do we take time to live for ourselve?  Do we make sure other people are happy and not us?  Do we stop to smell the roses in our lives?

We as beautiful people have to know that we are important too.  We have a life outside of our jobs, friends and family.  We have hopes and dreams.  We have to shoot for those things that make us happy too.  Don’t forget about you!  Life is too short to just give up on yourself.  Let those close to you know that you love them but, you love yourself first.  Take care of you and live to enjoy life.  Make everyday count doing something to make you #happy.  Inhale and exhale!  What ever that means to you personally.  Everyone is different so what makes me happy may not interest you and vice versa.  It’s ok to be you.  Live for today!  Live and let live!  We have to love each other and not abuse or hurt others feelings.  My mother taught me that, “It’s not what you say but how you say it.”  Live Love & Pray. It’s ok to be different.

1John 2:10 Whoever loves his brother lives in the light, and there is nothing in him to make him stumble.
